Terry3025: even if there is a waiting list whoever takes the stall will also have to give notice wherever they are unless they have their horse at home. It's nice though, that she probably won't have a hard time filling it. I do think honesty is the best policy about where you're taking your horse though. You don't have to volunteer the why.
