EC Passport Error

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#FONT color=#8000ff#ed_cl#Hi - A friend bought a gelding and it was noticed that the passport had his name spelled wrong... I am thinking she will have to pay for a name change, but now I'm not entirely sure.  I've had passported horses for years, but never exactly ran into this situation before!  Any clues?#ed_op#/FONT#ed_cl# #ed_op#IMG src="http://forums.equestrianconnection.com/richedit/smileys//horsehead2.gif"#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Did your friend passport him herself or did he come with that passport?#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#If he came with it I would ask the previous owners about it.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
