#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Hmm... I'm riding a horse named Napoleon for the second time tomorrow. I think that I'm probably just going to be doing dressage, although I might get to jump a bit. When I had a lesson with him on Tuesday, I mainly worked on improving my contact via my position (which helped a TON - raising my hands finally 'clicked' with me) and doing lots and lots of sitting trot/no-stirrup work. I know that I definitely want to continue with that, but I don't really know what sorts of exercises, etc. I should work on with him. Nap is young but not really green; he's got a lot of training and hard work under his belt, and I wouldn't mind trying a few movements with him. Probably just some leg yielding and shoulder-in... He's muscly but supple, so although I need to work on #ed_op#EM#ed_cl#maintaining#ed_op#/EM#ed_cl# that, he's not in desperate need of suppling. Any suggestions?#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
