Bare details.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#

8 year old TB, a touch over 16.0 hands. Elegant looking. Kind, SOUND.
SANE.Ground manners are 100%! STANDS STILL for mounting. Very obedient.

More details....solid dressage. Showed this year in Training and First
Level with scores up to 65.8%. (And, that's with an owner who ALWAYS
gets lost and loses points on errors...even with a reader!). #ed_op#br#ed_cl#
Scored 77% at a schooling show using the old  Basic 2 tests.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
Has been in training with a jumper rider over the summer and is doing
very well over fences. Easily and quietly jumps round a small course at
home. Is smart about combinations and gets better each time
through...needs an experienced rider if they want to continue with
jumping, as he will need someone to teach him and do more gymnastics. #ed_op#br#ed_cl#
Hacks out. Does water and hills. #ed_op#br#ed_cl#
 #ed_op#br#ed_cl#
Fantastic at shows. Not spooky. Good to trailer alone or with company.
Goes out 24/7 inthe summer and days inthe winter with a blanket.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
No vices.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#

So...how much is he likely WORTH?  And, how much if circumstances forced a quick sale? #ed_op#br#ed_cl#

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#He sounds lovely!  I would guess that you could get at least $5K for him, maybe more...as much as $10K??  Keep in mind though that going into winter, the market is VERY slow and prices are VERY low.  If you can hold onto him until next Spring, you will likely get more for him than you will now.  I advertised my TB last March and he sold in May.  People usually start getting the "itch" to go horsey shopping once the snow has melted.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl# #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Good luck, he sounds like a great horse!!#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#  #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
