equestrian world to the GTA. Mary Wanless has brought the benefits of
recent advancements in sports psychology, biomechanics and other sports
sciences into the world of traditional riding instruction. Her books
and videos offer insight into new ways of mastering the age-old skills
of good riding. Mary strives to find the correct way for each student
to discover their own unique path to acquiring the requisite skills to
master their own body posture and subsequently that of their horse. For
many, including very advanced riders, Mary’s work opens up an entirely
new level of harmony and understanding of the intricacies of quality

Mary’s “Ride with your Mind”approach is a tremendous advance in
teaching and learning and quickly demonstrates how any rider can
organize their mind and body to achieve substantial improvement in the
Horse and Rider partnership. The techniques used are very streamlined.
By increasing the rider’s body awareness and using image and sensation
recognition, which helps to understand and benchmark correct technique,
incredible improvement can be achieved in a very short time, defying

Twelve Riders (six groups of two)are invited for semi-private one hour
sessions. Each Rider will have theopportunity to ride on each day of
the clinic and participate in the mid-day “in-class” workshops.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
Auditors are encouraged and welcome, at $25.00 per day.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
