#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't Pilates supposed to target muscles too? If you're having a hard time finding muscle specific information, perhaps your personal trainer could interpret which muscles are your main focus by reading the Pilates information. If it's Pilates for riders, then they are trying to target the muscles you're trying to find out about...do you know what I mean?
