I've been told to: place the sore leg perpendicularly behind my other leg and lean into the pointed sore toe's direction, then to do the same put to push my hip out to the opposite direction.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl# #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#I'm not feeling a good stretch from this. #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl# #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#I was also doing some reading and found that stretching all over the upper legs should help too.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
