#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#FONT color=#0060bf#ed_cl#I got harvey when she just turned 2, and she was 13.2...she's now 15hh a year later. And she's supposedly a belgian x qh cross :) #ed_op#/FONT#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#SP are you sure she was not just a yearling when you got her...that is really small for a 2 year old....LOL!?  Especially a draft cross.  #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#I have two yearlings and they are about 14.2H+.  One has some draft, and one is Hanoverian cross.  They turned one in Apr and May.  They should easily make it to 16H+ based on their parentage.  #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#my colt is a lil bit over a year and hes 13.2-13.3hh his mom is only 13.2 so hes already passed her and dad bred her while he was a year old...so we dont know what he finnished at but he was 16hh+ hands at the time so we figure he made 17 or 18hh. #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#FONT color=#0060bf#ed_cl#Lol patricia i know...makes me wonder if she's got halflinger in her instead of belgian, or makes you at least wonder whatelse is in the mix too. When I do a string test on her, says she's only got like another inch to grow. And she's got her 4 front adult teeth in now too, which happens between 3 and 4. The lady who was at the auction with her told me that the others in the crop were no bigger than 15.3 full grown and guessed Harvey would be 15.2 (she's 15 now). She's really started to get the draft neck though, she's got a nice crest starting to develop!  #ed_op#/FONT#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

I bought my boy at 5 months and he was 14.2hh. At a year he was 15.1hh. At 2.5 years he was 17hh and now at 6 he is 17.3hh with one more year to grow.

Mom was 17.1hh and dad was 17hh.

He's 1/4 Irish Draft and 3/4 TB

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#wow, well my guy wont be as big as yours...He may make 17hh if he really takes on his sires side otherwise he'll prob be 15.3 or 16hh....depends on how much growing happens this year. #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
