I am feeling like a huge blob these days...although the scale says otherwise (I'm still going down). I have not ridden more than a handful of times during the past month and have been doing nothing else for exercise <IMG src="smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0">
I decided yesterday to take the lazy person's route and signed up for EMS sessions at the weight-loss clinic I've been going to. Basically, they hook up a whole buncha pads that run electric jolts through my muscles and stimulate them. A one-hour session is supposed to be the equivalent of a 9-hour workout, so I've signed up for 13 sessions. It's great...I lay there and let the machines do all the work <IMG src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">
I've lost almost 46 pounds now so it's time to start toning all the flab. I really need to look into an alternative form of exercising though...although one of these days, I'm hoping to get back into a regular riding routine again. But when I don't ride, I do nothing else! I really want to try Aquafit.
