#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Generally when they say 6 meals a day, they mean breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Your breakfast, lunch and dinner are slightly bigger, while snacks consist of a piece of fruit, granola bar, yougurt, ect. size depending on your calorie intake.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl# #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#It is also important to note that you should consume the most calories at breakfast, then tapper off throughout the day. As they say, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper". As well, tapper the amount of carbs you eat through the day as well, and make sure your last snack is 2-3 hours before bed (alot of people will give a general 8pm, or whatever, but it is actually 2-3hrs before bed).#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl# #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#However, the thing with me is that I eat completely opposite- dinner is probably my biggest meal, and I love carbs....ah...#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
