#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Dazz, Hope you find a farrier, that fits the bill for you. I feel the pain though completely, and that is why/how i ended up trimming my horses myself(thank heavens for some previous training!)#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl# #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Take care and hope you find a farrier nearby.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

Kobau - I used to do my own trims when I only had trims (and only 3 or
4). Unfortunately, my back just can't take 30+ horses and I don't
have the skill to also do shoes with pads, caulks, etc.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
I have found a former apprentice of my farrier and they are coming out
to trim a few on the w/e and I'll see how it goes....*fingers crossed*#ed_op#br#ed_cl#

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Dazz, i understand exactly, i'm maxing my back out with my usual 17 that i do, and i have help to finish the last 8. And like you i can't do the shoes pads or caulks... tempted to have to go learn it now :-s.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl# #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#My fingers are crossed that the Apprentice works out. lets us know so we can either cross more fingers or uncross them.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
