The only other thing is might be is unevenly worn tires (which you would be able to see by looking at them) or maybe a dragging brake, but chances are its the alignment. So, did your mechanic fix the tie rods or did the dealership?? If the dealership did it, I would ask your mechanic about an alignement and have him test drive it first.
